As the original founder of our company, CEO Artem Goncharov has led Design and Consulting, Ltd. since its inception as a premiere UK software development and consultancy agency.  An MBA graduate of Berkeley, Artem has had extensive experience in entrepreneurship, IT management, and product development over his 15+ years working in the technology industry.
